Jiunn Long Circular Knit Machines has gained immense popularity because of its high performance, good quality production and for giving desired GSM. Jiunn Long gives you the option of creating diverse types of designs. The Machines are built with robust structure for a durable life. The driving gears are immersed in dense lubrication oil permanently, which decreases dynamic friction to get a less vibration performance. They run smoothly with noise-free at high RPM because of central circularity driving portion is controlled within 0.01mm. Oil lubricator is equipped as standard equipment to keep the needle groove and cam track under suitable lubrication. Material of cams are SKD-11, a strong resistance steel, carved by CNC milling machines and proceeded by high frequency heating treatment strong and reliability. The central control design which can adjust the yarn weight efficiently.
