SQUEEZING MACHINE:

Tubular fabrics which are knitted with all kinds of mixed fibers. It is possible to squeeze easily. The fabric becomes like a balloon and the squeezing process follows without forming marks on the sides of fabrics. Softening, silicon zing & finishing process can be easily done in the second part.

COMPACTING MACHINE:

MERSANFOR COMPACTOR, it is possible to use different kinds of fabrics like cotton, cotton / polyester, lycra fabric of nylon mixtures manufactured with fibers with or without cotton thread.

For the sake of soft feeling of fabric we always prefer felt type of compactor instead of show type for better performance we introduce another new process DAMPACTOR in the line.

Damp Compacting Machine:

The rotor Dampening system is a technique which is developed for knitted fabrics. The dampening process can be applied homogeneously to the width of the fabric without touching it. The system consists of two unites to damper both surfaces of the fabric. There are 20 rotors in the system & each rotor has fixed spraying distance. Therefore the liquid is equally applied on the width of the fabrics. The fixed rotation speed of the rotors produce very small droplets between 30 to 70 microns. While in process, 20 to 1800mlt of water is sprayed per square meter of the fabric. In the second stage, the fabric is pushed down through the pipe & arrives at the opening ring at an angle of 90º. Then the conveyor tasters the fabric on to the trolley where the fabric is plaited without being stretched. When wanted this machine can be used to plait the rolls of fabrics.

REVERSING MACHINE:

The machine has been designed to reverse tubular fabric. Due to vertical design this machine occupy less space. Mechanical frictions on the machine have been eliminated with a vertically installed stainless steel pipe & high air pressure cylinder located inside the tower apply air pressure to the fabric & moves it into the stainless steel pipe.
